Dr. Joseph Banis Update Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Our top priority is the health and well-being of our patients, families, staff, and community. In this unprecedented time, we are deeply committed to keeping everyone safe.

In light of the evolving COVID-19 pandemic, and as requested by the Kentucky Governor and the Department of Public Health, Joseph Banis Plastic Surgery and Skin Care Solutions will be open to the public starting May 18th. It is of the utmost importance that we follow protocols to ensure the health of our great community. We are requesting that all patients wear masks to the office. We will have prescreening questions that will be asked at the time of scheduling your appointment. We will not be seeing patients with any signs or symptoms of illness such as fever, muscle aches, cough, sneezing, nasal drip, even if thought to be allergic origin.

All of our staff will be wearing masks. Our providers will be wearing an N95 mask as well as facial shield during any treatments. Our office space including public areas (including lobbies, elevators, door handles, public restrooms, etc.) we will be regularly and frequently cleansed and will continue to follow the CDC Guidelines.

Our phones will go live with available staff starting May 13th to make appointments and provide curbside pickup of skin care orders. Rest assured; we will continue to provide you, our patients the safest environment possible for your health (as well as that of our staff), as guided by the Public Health Authorities, the CDC and common sense good medical practice dictates.
