Our experienced staff will guide you through the process of setting up an appointment and the consultation process. We will email a new patient packet or you may find new patient paperwork on the website prior to your appointment.

A $150 surgery consultation fee is required to book any cosmetic consultation with Dr. Prescott. Your consultation fee is applied to your surgery fees!

Your card will be charged $150 to reserve your appointment. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required. Any cancellation within less than 48 hours of your appointment will be billed a non-refundable payment of $150 for the canceled appointment.

Patients who do not show up for their appointment will be considered as No-Show and will be subject to a $45 fee.
