An overnight stay may be required so that we can monitor the healing process. You will then be released into the care of a trusted friend or family member to continue your recovery at home. At this time, you will have dressings and compression garments you will need to wear to help support your healing tissues and adhere to new dimensions. The healing process varies individually, usually within 10 days you are getting back to some regular activities but your surgeon will guide you on when and what you can resume.
