What Is Vollure® XC?

Vollure® XC is a part of the Juvederm® line of hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers and is formulated with the same VYCROSS® technology. This injectable filler is specifically designed to correct nasolabial folds and other deep facial lines and folds, and immediately improve facial volume. Vollure® XC is formulated with lidocaine to reduce any discomfort associated with injections. This filler contains a smaller amount of hyaluronic acid, which causes it to attract less water and reduces any swelling associated with the treatment. Vollure® XC is a minimally-invasive treatment that has little to no downtime associated with it and most patients are able to return to their daily routines immediately following an injection session.

Vollure® XC is injected into the designated treatment area using a fine needle. Injection sessions typically take between 30 and 40 minutes. The length of an injection session may vary from patient to patient. Multiple injection sessions may be required in order to achieve desired results.
